Rising Water

Rising Water

As the fog clears, And the steam begins to rise
And the outline of the lake, is all that meets your eyes
You're standing by yourself, and you hope that no one's watching
As you wait to see the rising tides

Deep is the image of water, From the hollow tree
A secret message in life of what it really means to be free
The man who lives his life in ponder will never experience the rising water
And thru his own demise, will view a piece of Heaven in disguise

As the sun goes down in the valley, and there's nothing left in sight
You can count on the flowing water, it is raging with all it's might
You try so hard to see everything from every point of view
But the sight of the rising water is the only one that will always be true

Deep is the image of water, From the hollow tree
A secret message in life of what it really means to be free
The mand who lives his life in ponder will never experience the rising water
And thru his own demise, will view a piece of Heaven in disguise

The rising water, what a beautiful sight
This feeling is endless and so is the night
